Dr. Palle is a healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience in healthcare
management and consulting. I hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Boston University
and an Executive MBA from IIBM Institute of Business Management. Additionally, Dr.
Palle earned a Certificate for United States Health Policy from Harvard Online,
demonstrating my deep passion & expertise in healthcare policy, infrastructure,
operations, compliance, accreditation, and data visualization.
Dr. Palle is a Visiting Fellow with Independent Women’s forum. In this role, she has
supported policies aimed at building trustworthy healthcare infrastructure characterized
by price transparency.
Dr. Palle is recognized as an M3 Ambassador due to her extensive experience and
commitment to advancing healthcare. Her role as an M3 Ambassador involves
participating in healthcare market research to drive positive changes within the industry.

Dr. Palle is serving as a CAPTE (Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy
Education) surveyor at a volunteer capacity. In this role, she is dedicated to ensuring the
highest standards of education and training for future physical therapists. She looks
forward to contributing to the continuous improvement of physical therapy programs and
supporting institutions in their pursuit of excellence. Additionally, Dr. Palle have had the
honor of speaking about my quality projects at the International Hospital Federation for
several years and delivering multiple community lectures on a variety of healthcare topics
both nationally and internationally. These experiences have enriched her understanding
and passion for healthcare education and public engagement in the Global arena.
Throughout Dr. Palle’s career, she has been honored with several prestigious
appointments. She serves as the Chair of the Virginia Asian Advisory Board and a Board
member of the Virginia Physical Therapy Board, both appointed by the Governor of the
Commonwealth of Virginia. Additionally, she has been a board member of the Community
Services Board of Falls Church/Fairfax for several years, appointed by the Board of
Supervisors. These roles reflect her unwavering commitment to serving the professional
and community sectors of Virginia.
In addition to Dr. Palle’s professional accomplishments, she is actively involved in
community service and advocacy. With the spirit of service, she ran for the Board of
Supervisor position. Although she was unsuccessful, running for this position allowed her
to connect with many wonderful constituents, be an advocate for opportunities within our
school district. She is proud of the progress and the conversations started about improving
the community. While this chapter may have closed, Dr. Palle’s commitment to public
service and making a positive impact remains as strong as ever. Dr. Palle looks forward to
continuing to work with our community in new and meaningful ways.
Dr. Palle’s dedication to promoting diversity and addressing issues impacting immigrant
and interfaith communities is evident through her roles with Fairfax GOP, Virginia
federation of Republican Women and 11 Congressional district GOP. She hosted multiple
Meet & Greets for both running and elected congressional candidates, senatorial
candidates, local school board candidates, supervisory candidates and Gubernatorial
candidates, These events aided in fostering dialogue and collaboration within the
community, underscoring my commitment to inclusivity and representation.
Dr. Palle has worked in various capacities, including as a Rehabilitation Director and
healthcare executive consultant, advocating for healthcare innovations and industry trends
on international platforms. Her efforts are aimed at improving patient outcomes through

policy advocacy, medical technology integration, healthcare management, and
infrastructure development.
